PHILADELPHIA - Julie Marie Sanicola of Hagerstown was among the 256 graduates awarded the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine at the college’s 117th commencement at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts on June 1.
